Am I able to try before I buy?

Because of the nature of most of the products being handmade to order, it does mean unfortunately we can not send products out to be tried on. However, we do have a studio for you to come and visit if you feel you would like a one to one consultation to try a number of products on and discuss what would be most suitable for you. Please just email or use our contact us page to book an appointment.

Can I change the way a piece looks to suit my needs?

Yes - the beauty of having an atelier is that you can request for bespoke items.  If you see a product and you want the colour changed or you want a smaller or bigger design, or even the gems changed, most of the time it can be done.  If there is a way to alter it to suit your needs we will try and do our best to adhere to it, subject to special circumstances where it may not practically work.  This can all be discussed with out either over the phone, email or zoom call.

I do not live locally but would still like to have bespoke can this still be done?

Yes of course - we are available on zoom to discuss all your accessory needs. Amanda has been working in the industry for 11 years and owned a bridal boutique selling dresses but specialising in all types of bridal accessories, so she understands how confusing and difficult it can be to get your wedding accessories perfect. She is more than happy to talk about your hair, dress, desires and worries. The beauty of the zoom call means she can show you headpieces and jewellery live.

I've changed my mind on the order can it be changed or refunded?

If the order has not already started to be made then, unfortunately, no refund can be made. If it's a change you are needing and it's at the early stages of being made then sometimes it may be possible to make small changes to the product. You will need to contact us to discuss ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate.  If a none bespoke item has already been posted then we can not offer a refund.

How do I order and pay for my product?

If you are ordering a bespoke item, this will be done via a consultation where a link to an invoice will be sent to your email for you to pay using the payment links attached to the invoice.

If you are ordering a product straight from the website, you can add this product to your shopping cart. When you have added what you need to your cart, you will be taken to a checkout page where you can pay via PayPal.  If you do not hold a PayPal account this is not a problem as it will ask you to check out as a guest using your preferred payment method or card.

How long will it take for my order to come?

If your item is non-bespoke and is in stock, then this will usually be sent out in 3-5 working days and sent 1st class by Royal Mail in the UK.  If your item is a handmade product or is made to order then this will take around 6-8 weeks to make and post out.  We will keep you up to date with handmade orders.

If your order is part handmade and none handmade then it will be all sent out together.

If your order is to be posted overseas please add on the relevant information above to normal international shipping times for your country from the UK.

How to I look after my product?

We ensure that your product is sent to you in acid-free tissue and a protective gift box for you to store your product safely at home.  The acid-free tissue will help protect the metals from tarnishing so it is advisable to always store them in the box provided.

Please note that chemicals like hair spray and perfumes will not only damage the gems and precious stones but will also tarnish and discolour the metals. Also, refrain from the products getting wet.

With regards to handmade delicate pieces especially those made with wire, that great care should be taken in manhandling them. It is advisable to place and remove the products with great care and not to pull or tug at the wire if caught in the hair or clothing as this could lead to snapping of the wire. In some cases should this happen we may be able to repair the product for a small charge subject to the extent of the damage. Please contact us should this happen.

We do not accept any liability for products that have been damaged due to not following the guidelines stated above or if we feel that the product has not been handled corretly.

We would advise that in your bridal hair trails and your wedding day to tell your hairdresser to use hair spray before placing on the product or if absolutely needed to cover the product when spraying.

For cleaning the product we would advise for you to use a jewellery cleaning cloth.
