Our terms and conditions

Our aim is that buying from Abigail Grace should be easy and painless and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. But we do have ten simple terms and conditions to protect our customers and ourselves.

Here they are:

  • Our prices are in Pounds Sterling. We accept payment by debit card, credit card, BACS payment direct to our account or PayPal. We don’t store/keep your card details

  • Delivery of our hand-made designs is normally within 6-8 weeks. If your wedding is sooner than 6-8 weeks please let us know so that we can do our best to accommodate you. If we need longer to deliver a particular item we will always let you know at the time of purchase. Please contact us before your online purchase if in a hurry.

  • While we make every effort to ensure that your item matches the picture on our website / the display item you have tried on in our showroom, due to the nature of variations in natural components and that our accessories are individually hand made in our studio, small variations may occur.  Please note it is hard to show accurate colours via web browsers.

  • All our accessories are made to standard sizes. If you have particular sizing requirements please let us know at the time of purchase.

  • All items sent by post are sent by insured Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or International Tracked and Signed (other countries). If you are ordering from outside the U.K. you are responsible for any local customs charges.

  • We only give refunds at our discretion in the event of a product being damaged or faulty and you need to let us know within 14 days of receiving the product and before your wedding day. Due to the fact, it's handmade faulty items can be sent back to be repaired.

  • Changing your mind: you can cancel your order and receive a full refund if we have not yet begun to hand-make your accessory. Please contact us as soon as possible. We would normally start making a product until 14 days after purchase unless you have requested and we have agreed to do it sooner.  If you have purchased a sale item that has already been made and is from our stock you will receive the normal 14 day refund under the distant selling act.

  • All the above do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Privacy: we will securely hold your name, email address, billing address, delivery address and order details so we can communicate with you about your order. We may contact you for our own marketing purposes but will not share your details with anyone else. Please read our privacy policy here 

  • Please respect that all images on this website are owned by Abigail Grace and its photographers and are not to be used for marketing and publishing material. Credit to all photographers can be found on our product pages.

 

That’s it - but we reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time!

Hire Terms & Conditions

 

Hire prices for each piece available will be on the website. Please contact us as early as possible to book your piece into the diary.

 

You can also hire each piece for a hair trial. This works on the same contact as below for a 24 hire price. Please speak to us to arrange this.

 

 

In-Person

 

Pay in full minus the holding deposit of £40 and collect in person.

A 5 day hire return date will be agreed upon and signed.

Return by the agreed date in the same condition collect and a refund for the difference will be returned.

 

By Post

 

Pay in full minus the holding deposit of £40, 10 days before the scheduled date of hire.

Pay the courier charge of £10 which will be sent by signed for delivery before the chosen date.

Return the item by the agreed return date in the same condition as received.

Refund for the difference refunded within 2 days of receiving said item.

 

Please note the important contractual information.

 

  1. The item will remain the sole property of Abigail Grace Bridal Accessories.

  2. The item is intended for hire use only and to be returned in the same condition as received, thus meaning in good condition with no broken wires, missing gems, no missing ribbons, no tarnishing or embedded product, no bent wires, wrapped in tissue carefully, in the box and bag provided if collecting or bubble wrap if posting.

  3. The item must be returned by the agreed date. Failure to do so will incur a £20 a day charge.

  4. If said item is not returned within 10 days of the agreed return date then no refund will be given and you will be charged the full amount for you then to keep. Please bear in mind that another person may have booked this item for their wedding so do please return asap or notify asap if you wish to keep it.

  5. Items returned faulty or damaged will incur a charge depending on the damage made. For example, small repairs to larger repairs will be £20 - £80 a full repair will be half the cost of the original priced item. We will talk with you and notify you of any damage, but we do want you to check over the item before sending it back. In minor cases, we may not charge if it's easily repairable.

  6. We STRONGLY recommend that you send all items back to us in a signed for manor and with insurance to cover the full cost of the item. Anything items lost or damaged in the post will not be our responsibility, therefore your will need to claim back any losses from your chosen delivery.

  7. In order to protect the item from losses or damage, we recommend reading our care instructions which will also be sent out to you with your hire contract.

 

To ensure you get the best from your beautiful headpiece we recommend the following:

 

  • Ensure your hairdresser has sprayed your hair with products or hair spray before placing the item on your head and should they still need to spray that they cover the product with a cloth to protect the gems and wires.

  • Ensure you do not get any chemicals, perfume, or any water fluids onto the headpiece.

  • Ensure your headpiece is secure before leaving your hairdresser to ensure that your headpiece will not fall or come loose which could potentially damage the product.

  • Ensure you do not pull the product from your hair at the end of the event, this can damage the product if care is not taken. Sometimes the little vines can get caught in the hair, especially curly hair. It is advisable to gently move the hair from the wire and not pull on the wire to remove it from the hair.

  • We recommend if possible, placing the product back into its tissue and box at the end of the evening. This can be hard to remember if there has been a few glasses of champagne involved we know, but we want you to enjoy the headpiece on hire terms and not have the worry of having to pay more than you need to.

  • Most of all ensure to speak to your photographer about getting photos of your headpiece in the finer details of your wedding/event and ask them to ensure they get plenty of photos of it on your head.
